In recent months, in fact, the Castellana Caves have been reached by the cameras of international channels. From those of TF1 (Télévision française 1), for example, the first French television channel in terms of audience. Only two news programs a day, also the most watched in France, which hosted the reportage of Quentin Fichet, Frédéric Mignard and Marc-Henri MaisonhauteTheirs was a journey that crossed the Itria Valley and ended in the bowels of the Earth before the dazzling beauty of the White Grotto. This reportage brought the Castellana Caves into the homes of all French people, who this year, due to the high demand, were able to enjoy double the number of tours in their respective languages each day.
From France to America with the Quest's World of Wonder conducted by the British journalist Richard Quest for CNN, the program that invites viewers to travel to the most fascinating places in the world. In the episode entitled “This fairytale town in Italy has hobbit-like houses”Richard Quest visited the Castellana Caves where he was amazed by the depth of the place and the perfect acoustics, and witnessed some of the scenes from the show “Hell in the Cave” and was amazed by the intensity of the scenes and the perfection of the aerial dance actors, especially the one involving Ulysses.

The art of Dolce & Gabbana last summer it was woven and set among the rocks and dry stone walls of Puglia. Puglia is on air on Rai Yoyo with “Go Go Around Italy”, the animated series produced by Intergea and Armosia Italia, in collaboration with Rai Kids, Puglia Region, Apulia Film Commission and Ministry of CultureThis season, cousins Mia and Cipo, along with alien special agent Zet, embarked on a journey that included a stop at the Castellana Caves. "Go Go Around Italy" is a program with educational and didactic purposes, promoting knowledge of the region and its diversity. In each episode, the protagonists embark on a journey rich in subplots and interesting insights into promoting national and international tourism, especially for children. The message is to let children take their time to explore, even if only in their imagination, places they will later want to visit in real life.

In recent months, the arrival of foreign visitors has increased so much that we've doubled the number of visits in foreign languages every day. French, English, Spanish, German, and more. Everyone has visited our karst site, either by taking advantage of traditional tours or by experiencing the thrill of speleologists firsthand thanks to the experiences of the Speleonight, Speleofamily or Caves&Stars which combines a visit to the depths of the Earth with astronomical observation. And we are organizing many initiatives for the coming months, all emotional and immersive, to make every visit unforgettable and capture every memory.
