The Caves are open only for the visit to the cribs, runs every 30 minutes from 9:30 am to 13:00 pm (last run at 12:30 pm). Tickets are €5, with free admission for children under 12 and Castellana Grotte residents.

The Caves are open all day for both visits and nativity scenes.
