After the success of the first appointment following the forced stop due to the lockdown, the calendar for the month of August has been defined for Hell in the Cave, the largest underground aerial show in the world, a free performance of the first canticle of the Divine Comedy at 70 metres depth, staged in the Castellana Caves (Ba).
Saturday 1st, Saturday 8th, Thursday 13th, Sunday 16th, Saturday 22nd and Saturday 29th (box office 20:15 pm, show starts 21:00 pm): these are the August dates identified for the performances of the show that brings the Inferno to the stage. Directed by Enrico Romita and the dramaturgy of Giusy FrallonardoHell in the Cave is a sensory show born from a fascination and a deep love for the language and works of Dante Alighieri. A show that combines dance, voices, sounds, and lights, embracing the entire natural environment of the first and largest cave in the Castellana Caves as a stage.
Tickets to see “Hell in the Cave” are available on the circuit TicketOne or directly at the Castellana Caves ticket office. For a special price, you can also purchase a ticket that combines a full cave tour and a show on the same day. The combined ticket can only be purchased at the tourist site ticket office.
