Castellana Grotte, July 14, 2016 – Everything is ready for the XIV edition of the Salento FinibusTerrae Film Festival, the travelling festival dedicated to cinema directed by Romeo CountA packed schedule of events, including screenings, meetings, and many new features, sure to surprise us, starting with the enchanting locations hosting the festival, charting a new international cinematic journey through the Salento region. Along with the many expected guests and screenings of feature films, documentaries, and shorts in competition, the evocative setting of the Castellana Caves will take center stage. This unique natural heritage, boasting a variety of concretions and magnificent colors, will host the three-day event, from July 25th to 27th.
From Monday 25 July, therefore, the Castellana Caves will host casts and screenings of A safe place and the documentary Francis Del GrossoDon't look backThe busy day of Tuesday 26th begins at 10.30 with the screening of the filmNeither Juliet nor Romeoin which the director and actress will participateVerónica Pivettiand co-screenwriter and co-producer Giovanna GraAt 16.00 pm, at the end of the screening of the section Entrainment ,Chiara Rapaccini She will meet students, teachers, and parents and receive an award for her work as an illustrator, designer, cartoonist, and writer. The day continues with the short films from the school competition. Tell me a storyand ends with the projections of Short Italy, section chaired by the actor Nicola Nocella.
On Thursday 27th, from 11.00 to 15.00, the screenings of the sections are scheduled Short Italy, MondoCorto e Human rightsAt 21.00 pm the director George Loved and the actresses Alessia Barela e JunIchikawa will be present at the screening of the film The minister.
