Christmas in the Caves: Christian De Sica's show postponed.
January 7, 2017, Castellana Grotte – Christian De Sica's show, part of the "Christmas in the Caves" series of events at the Castellana Caves, scheduled for today, Saturday, January 7, 2017, has been postponed to a date to be determined due to adverse weather conditions.
Tickets purchased for the January 7, 2017, performance remain valid for the postponed date.
Anyone wishing to request a refund for tickets already purchased can do so. The deadline for requesting such a refund will be announced soon. The following procedures are available: - Those who purchased tickets from resellers can request a refund by contacting the point of sale where they were purchased. - Those who purchased tickets online on the Ticket One website or through the call center with the "pick-up at the event" option can request a refund by writing to the following email address: ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it. – For tickets purchased online on the Ticket One website or through the call center using the "express courier" option, customers must send the tickets via registered mail with return receipt to TicketOne SpA – Via Vittor Pisani 19 – 20124 Milan (CA Electronic Commerce Division). – For those who purchased tickets directly at the Castellana Caves ticket office, a refund may be requested by going to the Castellana Caves ticket office and returning the printed tickets. Please note that the ticket office is open daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Franco Battiato's concert, scheduled for January 8, 2017, remains confirmed for now, but may be postponed if weather conditions don't improve. Any updates will be promptly posted on all official social media channels of the Castellana Caves and on the website. www.grottedicastellana.it
