The official video has been online since Friday 14 June on the group's YouTube channel “World Inside”, preview of the new album by Crifiu, a Salento band that mixes pop and world music, Mediterranean melodies and contemporary electronic sounds, on their fifth album and their 19th year of activity. The album contains 13 songs and is characterized by prestigious collaborations with the writer Carlo Lucarelli, with Valerio Jovine of the 99 Posse family, with the Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino and with Sud Sound System, guests in the title track which is the subject of the video clip shot between Salento and Castellana caves.
The Castellana karst complex, one of Puglia's main attractions and one of the most visited paid tourist sites in Italy, has in recent weeks been transformed into the filming location for the video for the song "Mondo Dentro," the conceptual guide to the entire album. Featuring Crifiu and Sud Sound System, the video was shot in Puglia amidst the stunning scenery of the Castellana caves and Salento. It is an invitation to follow your own desire, that "Ariadne's thread" that allows us to escape the labyrinth of confusion and find our way back to the light, to start over and continue to shine.
The album will be officially presented on its release day, Tuesday 18 June, at the Feltrinelli in Bari (at 6:30 pm) with a showcase that will be repeated the following day, Wednesday 19 June, at the Feltrinelli in Lecce (also at 6:30 pm), while the presentation concert is scheduled, again in Lecce, at the Cantiere, on Thursday 20 June (at 9 pm).
