December 13, 2016, Castellana Grotte – Franco Battiato's concert in the Castellana Caves, organized as part of the "Christmas in the Caves" program, scheduled for Thursday, December 15, has been postponed to January 8, 2017, due to a seasonal flu that prevented the artist from performing on stage.
Tickets purchased for the December 15, 2016, performance remain valid for the January 8, 2017, performance.
Anyone wishing to exercise their right to a refund for tickets already purchased can do so by December 29, 2016 in the following ways:
– Those who purchased tickets from resellers can request a refund by contacting the point of sale where the tickets were purchased no later than December 29, 2016.
– For those who purchased tickets online on the Ticket One website or through the call center with the "pick-up at the event" option, ticket refunds can be requested by writing to the following email address: ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it no later than 29 December 2016.
– For tickets purchased online on the Ticket One website or through the call center using the 'express courier delivery' option, the customer must send the tickets, via registered mail with return receipt, no later than December 29, 2016 (the postmark date will be considered valid) to TicketOne SpA – Via Vittor Pisani 19 – 20124 Milan (CA Divisione Commercio Elettronico).
– For those who purchased tickets directly at the Castellana Caves ticket office, a refund may be requested by going to the Castellana Caves ticket office and returning the printed tickets no later than December 29, 2016. Please note that the ticket office is open daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, except December 25 and January 1.
