The Castellana Caves at the Il Libro Posibile Festival for the 5th year
The collaboration between the Karst site and the literary festival is renewed
Castellana Grotte, June 21, 2017 – The collaboration between the Castellana Caves and the Il Libro Possibile Festival, which opens on July 5th, has been renewed for the fifth consecutive year. This partnership, free of charge for the Castellana Caves, will bring the karst site, "Wonder of Puglia," to the attention of guests and spectators at the literary festival, which has become a must-see summer event for the jet-set of Italian culture, theater, and art. Over four days (July 5th to 8th), the Il Libro Possibile Festival will bring together nationally and internationally renowned names to the squares of Polignano a Mare's beautiful historic center: from the return of Roberto Saviano to Senate President Piero Grasso, as well as journalists Ferruccio De Bortoli and Marco Travaglio, entrepreneur Matteo Marzotto, Lino Banfi, and Milly Carlucci, to name just a few.
The Festival program was officially presented Monday morning in Bari by Artistic Director Rosella Santoro and Gianluca Loliva, President of the Artes cultural association. Marica Pace, President of the Castellana Caves, was present to explain to the press how the karst site's partnership with the literary festival will be structured.
