England's Largest Family Visits the Castellana Caves
Castellana Grotte, October 11, 2017 Together with ten of their thirteen children, Tania and Mike were welcomed last Tuesday by the president of the Cave Society, Attorney Marica Pace, before descending into the Castellana Caves. Coming from Kent, a county in England, to spend five weeks in Puglia, they chose the Castellana karst site among the many tourist destinations our region has to offer, to deepen their knowledge of the area and discover its beauty. Young Tania and Mike, in addition to being parents of thirteen children aged twenty-six to two, are also famous travel bloggers, being the largest family in England, with their website www.largerfamilylife.com, where they share their travel experiences and give life advice on various topics.The caves are incredible and we were all fascinated by them. – wrote Tania in her email after the descent –Nico, our guide, was fantastic, and it was a pleasure to be led on the tour by him.
