TICKETS

Full: aged 15 and over |  cost at the ticket office: €25 full visit – €22 partial visit 
Reduced: from 6 to 14 years old | cost at the ticket office: €22 full visit – €19 partial visit
Free: children up to 5 years (It is necessary to present a document certifying the child's age directly at the entrance)
Family Ticket: 2 adults + 2 children aged 6 to 14 | purchase online only: €61 (including booking fees) [Family ticket info]

We recommend purchasing the ticket online (by the day before your visit) on our TICKET OFFICERSONLINE to avoid queues at the checkout ed make sure you find your place on the tour desired; online tickets are not available for purchase on the day of your visit. 

Online purchase of full and reduced tickets are subject to a booking fee and service charges.. 

After purchasing the ticket online, you will receive an email with the digital ticket attached, which can be used directly at the turnstiles without going through the ticket office. Please arrive at the entrance indicated on your ticket at least 15 minutes before the start time of your visit.

NB: Tickets are available at the ticket office every day until all available seats on the tours are filled.
It is not possible to reserve or purchase tickets at the ticket office for subsequent days.

SERVICES
We offer a free baby carrier hire service to make your adventures together even more comfortable and enjoyable.
A pay-to-use toilet is available near the ticket office, staffed by attendants and cleaned regularly.
