Castellana Grotte, June 13, 2013 – The inaugural concert of the 2nd International Choral Festival NICHOLAI HARMONIAE, in honor of Saint Nicholas of Bari, Archbishop of Myra and miracle worker, will take place on Sunday 16 June 2013 at 6:00 pm, in the marvelous setting of the Grave delle Grotte di Castellana (BA).
The event is promoted and organized by the DIES Cultural Association of Cisternino with the Russian partner Chorus Inside, InPuglia Tour and Grotte di Castellana, with the artistic direction of Maestros Boris Tarakanov and Vincenzo Scarafile.
Russian and Italian choirs will perform at three stations along the route from the Grave to the Caverna dei Monumenti, accompanying with their singing those who participate in the descent into the cave at 6:00 pm, which includes a full visit up to the White Grotto (ticket 15 euros).
