Le Castellana Caves (Ba) they propose again Hell in the Cave – verses dancing in the dark air, the only underground air show in the world.
The Grave Cave will host an original journey through the verses and characters described by Dante in the Divine Comedy. Among the souls visitors will encounter along the path through the concretions of the Grave Cave will be Brunetto Latini, who comes to life in a bubble, relegated to a separate world and opposed by those who reject him, as well as all "different" people.
Ten performances are scheduled for July and August. The show will be repeated on Saturday, July 4th and 11th, Saturday, July 18th, and Friday, July 31st at 9:00 PM, and on Saturday, August 8th, Thursday, August 13th, Friday, August 14th, Sunday, August 16th, Saturday, August 22nd, and Saturday, August 29th at 9:30 PM.
The tickets of Hell in the Cave are on sale at the Castellana Caves and online at ticketone.it. For information and reservations, please call 3391176722 (mobile) and 0804998212 (landline). Tickets cost €20. Ticket combinations are also available. Castellana Caves (Full White Grotto visit) + Hell in the Cave ticket: the total cost will be €27 instead of €35. In this case, the two entrance tickets must be purchased at the same time and used on the same day.

Hell in the Cave it is a project implemented by Castellana Caves srl, produced by Alephtheatre and directed by Enrico Romita and the dramaturgy of Giusy Frallonardo, the choreographies of Vito Cassano and the aerial choreographies of Claudia Cavalli, financed by Puglia region with ERDF funds 2007-2013 axis IV and sponsored by Municipality of Castellana Grotte.
In case of rain the show will still be on stageOnly a portion of the Grave cavern is exposed to the elements, and rain often adds to the evocative atmosphere. Given the complexity of the show, the production reserves the right to cancel performances if the minimum number of spectators is not reached.
