Castellana Grotte, October 25, 2017 The promotion efforts of the Grotte di Castellana management team, headed by attorney Marica Pace, are tireless. While waiting to fly to Amsterdam and Brussels for the BuyPuglia Tour 2017 next November, they welcomed a double delegation of international buyers on the morning of October 24th, accompanied by Pugliapromozione representative Marilyna Desario. The Castellana Caves, therefore, are once again under the international spotlight as Puglia's top tourist attraction, promoted through strategic educational programs divided by target audience. The first group, consisting of approximately 20 buyers, was part of the ART&COUNTRYSIDE tour and completed the entire tour, while the second group, consisting of approximately 15 buyers, was part of the MICE & WEDDING tour and visited the first section of the Caves as well as the promotional video dedicated to weddings, a segment recently launched by Grotte srl.Working alongside Pugliapromozione – commented the president of Grotte di Castellana srl, lawyer Marica Pace – both in terms of participation in international workshops and trade fairs and in organizing and hosting educational events in the caves with buyers from around the world, is crucial to constantly strengthen the image of the Castellana karst site and maintain high interest among industry professionals. With a view to diversifying our offering, we are focusing on cave weddings, and to date, we have received truly enthusiastic feedback. Thanks in part to this new channel, the caves have an additional opportunity to be promoted globally and improve brand awareness. Buyers were captivated by the beauty of the Castellana Caves, and all requested information and digital promotional materials.
