Castellana Grotte finalizes agreement with IKEA

After Miragica and Alitalia, the Swedish company has also joined the ranks of partners at the Apulian karst site.

Castellana Grotte, June 5, 2013 – Following recent agreements with Miragica and Alitalia, Grotte di Castellana has finalized a co-marketing agreement with IKEA.

From today, all “IKEA Family” cardholders will receive a discount on the entrance ticket and will be entitled to express access to the Caves through the dedicated ticket office.

Grotte di Castellana will benefit from the agreement in terms of promotion through IKEA's communication channels aimed at its many customers, particularly through a presence in brochures distributed in stores, in the "Ikea Family Live" magazine, on the "Ikea Family" website, at interactive kiosks in the store, in the newsletter that Ikea periodically sends to its members, etc.

"Ikea, along with Alitalia and Miragica," comments Domi Ciliberti, president of Grotte di Castellana, "are top-level agreements, activated and finalized in record time, considering that our marketing team only became operational in March. Together, they are implementing a truly zero-cost communications campaign that Grotte could not have afforded until now. This is once again the result of efforts to increase Grotte's visibility and seek to increase visitor numbers, an action consistently aligned with our marketing and communications objectives for 2013-14."
