Castellana Grotte, August 4, 2014 – For the first time, the Castellana Caves will join the traditional event dedicated to beer and the typical gastronomic specialties of the Murge region, kicking off this evening with the 22nd edition of “La Grande Festa,” which will take place at the Agriturismo Amicizia in Cassano delle Murge until September 8.
A grand series of events featuring Murgia cuisine, along with the traditional Bavarian beverage, provides the backdrop for unforgettable moments of lightheartedness in a natural, friendly setting, attracting thousands of visitors each evening from all over the region and Italy.
In this context, the Castellana Caves have also joined, with the aim of forging synergies with local tourist attractions as attractors of a vast and diverse public, offering, in exchange for the €1,00 entrance fee, a discount voucher to enter the exciting Castellana underground site with a €3,00 reduction on the full tour.
