Castellana Grotte, June 16, 2015 – On Sunday, June 14, Puglia arrived in Milan at the Italian Makers Village, Confartigianato Italia's off-Expo venue. At 5:00 PM at Via Tortona 32, "A Wedding with the Flavor of Puglia" was presented, featuring the Grotte, Trulli, Mare project. This idea brings together Puglia's finest traditions to create truly unforgettable moments for future newlyweds. Exchange your vows in the lap of Mother Earth, approximately seventy meters below the surface; savor the most exquisite food and wine while enchanted by the scenery of a unique cave overlooking the sea; immerse yourself in the pristine whiteness of a magical and surreal place. The Milan meeting was attended by Domi Ciliberti, president of Grotte di Castellana Srl; Fisher Wanduragala, director of Grotta Palazzese; and Daniela Salamida, Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Tourism and Culture of the Municipality of Alberobello. The event concluded with a tasting of Puglian products.
