Franco Battiato's Christmas Concert in the Caves – Postponed to a date to be determined
The concert of Franco Battiato in the Castellana Caves, organized as part of “Christmas in the Caves”, scheduled for Sunday, January 8, 2017 has been postponed to March 7, 2017 due to adverse weather conditions.
Tickets purchased for the January 8, 2017, performance remain valid through March 7, 2017.
Anyone wishing to exercise their right to a refund for tickets already purchased can do so no later than February 1, 2017, according to the procedures indicated here:
– Those who purchased tickets from resellers can request a refund by contacting the point of sale where the tickets were purchased, no later than February 1, 2017.
– For those who purchased tickets online on the Ticket One website or through the call center with the 'pick-up at the event' option, ticket refunds may be requested no later than February 1, 2017, by writing to the email address: ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it.
– For tickets purchased online on the Ticket One website or through the call center using the 'express courier delivery' option, the customer must send the tickets via registered mail with return receipt (the postmark will be considered valid, no later than February 1, 2017) to TicketOne SpA – Via Vittor Pisani 19 – 20124 Milan (CA Electronic Commerce Division).
– For those who purchased tickets directly at the Castellana Caves ticket office, a refund may be requested by going to the Castellana Caves ticket office and returning the printed tickets no later than February 1, 2017.
