The "is back"Russian Art Festival in Bari Summer Garden of the Arts”, cultural event promoted and organized by the CESVIR (Italian-Russian Economics and Development Center), in collaboration with the Municipality of Bari, the Puglia Region, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, and the Directorate of International Programs.
The Russian Art Festival will stop on May 20th at 20.00 pm in the wonderful underground world of the Grave, 70 meters deep. An unmissable event with the Tula State Choir and the "Polyphoné" Choir of Bari, who will perform among the thousand-year-old concretions of the Castellana karst site.
The Russian Art Festival in Bari, due to its importance and participation, has become one of the most important events of the "Maggio Barese" festival. The 9th edition also features a rich program of initiatives and meetings with internationally renowned artists from the Russian Federation.
Doors open to exhibitions, concerts, dances, and film festivals, events that will paint the Portico del Pellegrino, the Teatro Forma, the classrooms of the "Ex Posta" Palace, the Sala delle Muse of the Circolo Unione di Bari, the enchanting Piazza di Polignano a Mare, the evocative Castellana Caves, and, for the first time, the historic Episcopal Castle of Grottaglie in the province of Taranto, in the colors of Russia.
Saturday 16 May at 10,30 The press conference for the presentation of the IX Festival of Russian Art in Bari will take place at the Auditorium of the “Ex Poste” Palace, Piazza Cesare Battisti, Bari.
