Photo contest "Declare your love at the Caves"
Art. 1 Organization and Theme of the Contest
The photography contest is organized by Grotte di Castellana srl
Art. 2 Object of the Contest
The theme of the Contest is love in all its forms.
Through photography, participants will be able to express their declaration of love to the Caves, considering the Caves both as the physical place where they express it and as the recipient of the expressed feeling.
Art. 3 Access to the Contest
Participation in the Contest is free and open to all Internet users.
Art. 4 How to participate in the Contest
There is only one way to participate in the Contest:

Art. 5 Admission to the Contest
Photographs submitted according to the procedures set out in Article 4 will be accepted provided they do not violate public decency or morality, and do not clearly promote a product or service brand. In any case, admission is at the sole discretion of Grotte di Castellana srl.
Only photos uploaded between 1:30 PM on February 9, 2016, and 1:30 PM on February 16, 2016, will be eligible.
Art. 6 Winners and Prizes
Up for grabs are 7 candlelit dinners, each dinner for 2 people.
The award criterion is the unquestionable opinion expressed by Grotte di Castellana srl.

Art. 7 Rights
Participation in the Contest indicates full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Each author is personally responsible for the works submitted and formally declares, through participation in the competition, that they have obtained the necessary authorization for images depicting recognizable people and/or things for which specific consent is required, pursuant to Articles 96 and 97 of Law 633/41 on copyright (and subsequent amendments) and also the equivalent regulations in force in the place where the competition will be held.
The competition organizers will not be held liable in any way for any compensation claims made by subjects portrayed in the photographs submitted, as well as by the competitors themselves and/or third parties.
By participating in the competition, the contestants:
– guarantee that they have exclusive ownership of the material submitted; that they fully own the copyright to the photographs and that the latter are not encumbered by any act that limits their effectiveness;
– guarantee that they are the sole and exclusive authors of the images sent;
– guarantee that they have obtained the appropriate releases from any recognizable people and/or things portrayed in the photograph submitted and release the competition organizers from any consequences that may arise from the publication and/or use of the material;
– retain ownership of the photographs submitted, but grant the contest organizers unlimited use and free publication rights. The images may be used for promotional purposes by Grotte di Castellana srl, without the need for consent from the author. By participating, the author declares ownership of the image, releasing the organizers from any liability to third parties.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03 (and subsequent amendments) and any equivalent regulations in force in the country where the competition will be held, participation implies, on the part of the author, authorization to the processing, by electronic or non-electronic means, of personal data and to their use by the Organizers for the performance of obligations inherent to the competition and related initiatives.
