January 9, 2017, Castellana Grotte – The last major “Christmas in the Caves” events at the Castellana Caves, cancelled due to adverse weather conditions last weekend, will be rescheduled for early March.
Franco Battiato's concert, scheduled for January 8th, will take place on March 7th 2017.
Christian De Sica's show "Christian racconta Christian De Sica," scheduled for January 7, has been postponed to March 8, 2017.
Tickets purchased for both events remain valid for the new dates.
Anyone wishing to exercise their right to a refund for tickets already purchased can do so.
The date by which this refund can be requested will be communicated soon.
These are the methods provided:
– Those who purchased tickets from resellers can request a refund by contacting the point of sale where the tickets were purchased.
– For those who purchased tickets online on the Ticket One website or through the call center with the "pick-up at the event" option, ticket refunds can be requested by writing to ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it.
– For tickets purchased online on the Ticket One website or through the call center using the 'express courier delivery' option, the customer must send the tickets via registered mail with return receipt to TicketOne SpA – Via Vittor Pisani 19 – 20124 Milan (CA Electronic Commerce Division).
For those who purchased tickets directly at the Castellana Caves ticket office, a refund may be requested by going to the Castellana Caves ticket office and returning the printed tickets. Please note that the ticket office is open daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
