“From the Grave to see the light again”: this is the title of the initiative launched Hell in the Cave, which will take place on the occasion of the Tuesday 2021, a national day dedicated to Dante Alighieri. Appointment Thursday March 25 online, when on the official social channels of the representation of Dante's Inferno set in the Castellana Caves the narrative journey, which began on February 22nd, on the characters of the show will be completed.
From 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., an entire day will be dedicated to Dante and a sensory show born from a fascination with and a deep love for his work. This show will feature clips, including previously unseen footage, and will descend into the bowels of the earth to meet Minos, Ulysses, Beatrice, and the other characters who bring Dante's Inferno to life in the Castellana Caves. Then, a thrilling panoramic view will return you from the Grave to the surface. All videos will be premiered on the Hell in the Cave Facebook page and Instagram profile.
The online event is included in the initiatives sponsored by Committee for the Celebrations of the Seven Hundredth Anniversary of the Death of Dante Alighieri and is made by Castellana Caves e Aleph Theatre under the patronage of Municipality of Castellana Grotte.
