Grotte di Castellana Srl and the prestigious Salento Finibus Terrae International Short Film Festival are continuing their partnership this year. This year, the festival will feature a project for all middle and high school students in the municipalities of San Vito dei Normanni, Fasano, Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Conversano, and Fasano, the "Raccontami nu cuntu" (Tell Me a Story) competition. Participation is also open to all students who wish to participate individually.
Therefore, the following will be competing: works on the theme of the relationship with the elderly (generational meeting and relationship with grandparents, for example) in 120-second video format, which can be made from any medium, even a cell phone. The videos must be sent via WeTransfer to salento@salentofinibusterrae.it, with an attached sheet containing: video title, student data, data of the institution to which the student belongs or, in the case of individual participation, the student's own data.
The selected videos will be screened during the festival program on July 26, 2016, at the Cinema Teatro Socrate in Castellana Grotte, where they will be judged by the public and the winner will be chosen. The first-place winner will receive a prize of €300,00.
The deadline for submitting videos is set for 25 May 2016 and no registration fee is required.
