Our switchboard was up and running from 9:00 a.m., as per official communication. We were taking reservations until 10:50 a.m., when accreditation closed. The capacity of the Grave, the cave that will host the concert, is limited. Vinicio Capossela specifically requested this setting for his show.
We are sorry to read of the disappointment of some and of allusions to “farces” or “tickets given to a select few”.
The event registration procedures were communicated in advance and were followed transparently. We received numerous phone calls and allowed a maximum of two accreditations per call. Seventy percent of total accreditations were made by phone.
The line dedicated to booking the event was in perfect working order: the disconnected phone mentioned in some comments online was the one for the cave ticket office, a phone number and line that have nothing to do with the number 080-4998212 dedicated to the event.
The concert will be held, by choice of the artist, in the Grave and unfortunately, seats are limited.
We are sorry that we could not please everyone.
