Extraordinary openings and promotions at Castellana Caves (Ba), a karst complex in Puglia, one of the most important tourist attractions in the region, among the first paid tourist sites in Italy, on the occasion of Carnival 2019 and International Women's Day.
CARNIVAL 2019
Between Thursday, February 28th and Tuesday, March 5th, the range of guided tours available will be significantly expanded, allowing the many tourists and visitors arriving to complete their travel experience in Puglia by combining the fun of the nearby Putignano Carnival with the thrills of a 70-meter-deep experience.
The Castellana caves, in fact, will be open to visitors every day at 10 and 12 hours with Italian-speaking guides on the complete itinerary up to the White Grotto. Saturday 2, Monday 4 e Tuesday 5 March, furthermore, the Castellana caves can also be visited in the afternoon: in addition to the two morning times (10am and 12pm), there are also guided visits in Italian up to the White Cave in the afternoon, 14 hours and 16 hours.
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY
Friday 8 March on the occasion of International Women's Day, a promotion for all women who wish to visit the Castellana Caves: they will receive a discounted entrance fee (13 euros instead of 16 euros). Guided tours in Italian will be offered to the Apulian karst complex, up to the White Cave, at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
