A three-day event celebrating the region's winemaking traditions and excellence will take place in one of Castellana Grotte's historic landmarks.
From Thursday 17th to Saturday 19th August 2023, as part of Piazze d'Estate 2023, the program of summer events, the Municipality of Castellana Grotte and Grotte di Castellana srl, with the contribution of the Puglia Region - Department of Agriculture, organize and promote Borgo Rosato.
Piazze d'Estate thus moves to the historic center and, in particular, to Largo San Leone Magno for an event that combines food and wine with the stations dedicated to food and cellars to taste excellent glasses of rosé and typical products, culture with the photographic exhibition on local wine production curated by Pasquale Ladogana (in the path between Largo San Leone Magno and Largo Bari) and with medieval dances and stage sets curated by the Associazione 1171 l'Origine in Largo Bari, tourist promotion with guided tours in the ancient center of the city, music and entertainment with DJ sets by Michele Costante and Antonio Magno and, above all, by Samuel from Subsonica (17 August) and the concerts of Marina Rei (18 August) and Cristiano Godano from Marlene Kuntz (19 August) on the main stage in Largo San Leone Magno.
