APPENDIX TO THE CONTRACT “GROTTELAND, SUMMER WONDER”
EDITION 2016
With this appendix, which forms an integral and substantial part of the above-mentioned contract, the following is acknowledged and acknowledged between the parties:
- The letters ab of art. 2 “FEE FOR USE OF THE STAND” of the above-mentioned contract are entirely replaced by:
- a) the stand COMMERCIAL it will be equipped with an electrical panel and electricity supply for the entire duration of the event (each stand can benefit from a maximum of 6 kWh as compensation, beyond this kWh a fee of €100 including VAT will be charged for each kWh) and an identification banner (see point h);
b)the stand BAR – FOOD AND WINE It will be equipped with an electrical panel and electricity supply for the entire duration of the event (each stand can benefit from a maximum of 6 kWh of compensation, beyond this kWh €100 including VAT will be paid for each kWh), sink and identification banner (see point h).
- B. 7 “REGULATIONS OF THE EVENT “is integrated with the following provisions:
- m) The sale of Peroni, Dreher and Heineken brand beers in bottles is prohibited;
- n) all other brands of beer that the stallholder intends to offer must necessarily have a cost of no less than €2;
- o) Any stand intending to sell draft beer can request a free one- to three-way beer tap from the Peroni Group. Along with the tap, the Peroni Group will provide sets of tables, chairs, disposable cups, and gadgets.
- p) Anyone who does not intend to use the stapler will not be able to place tables and chairs in front of their stand;
- q) the price imposed for all stallholders selling beer is €2,50 per glass;
- r) It is mandatory to display the menu including the price list.
This appendix, consisting of one page, is read, approved and signed by the parties today.
