Set against the fascinating oriental world of One Thousand and One Nights, a story full of magic and twists unfolds. In our stage adaptation, the protagonist, Ali Baba, is the child depicted by Emanuele Luzzati in his story in verse.
The small and friendly Ali Baba, by using all sorts of cunning, will succeed in getting the better of the gang of forty thieves led by the terrible Mustafa and taking possession of their treasures.
The show is performed using a mix of techniques: visible puppets and actors. Characters, costumes, and sets recreate the atmospheres conceived for this ancient tale by the Genoese set designer.
Engaging music and rhythms will accompany Ali Baba in his adventures that never fail to enchant and entertain young spectators.
